Bio:
CJ Pitts is a versatile musician based in Irvine, CA. Prior to moving to California, Pitts spent 3 years in a 70’s-80’s R&B ten-piece cover band. His first R&B EP made it up on a billboard in Times Square, NY, which he says "was the greatest moment of my life this far." He received his Bachelors Degree in Music Performance from McNally Smith College of Music. There, he developed his current, energetic, and well-rounded musical style, citing influences like Chris Brown, Logic, and Mario.
About being a Songlorious artist, CJ says, "I genuinely just love the art of songwriting. It’s a beautiful way to express yourself in a variety ways and even paint pictures of other peoples emotions/situations. I hope this opportunity will allow me to constantly improve my writing, and my goal is for my customers to be the most pleased with every song written for them. I love telling stories and I’m excited to tell yours!"

CJ did a great job delivering the heartfelt story I was hoping for. The song was created for my parents 25 year wedding anniversary and I am sure will cause a few tears to be shed once it's shared.
Initially I was worried about using this service (after reading negative reviews) that it would sound fill-in the blank or forced. That was far from my experience with CJ & I am very happy with the results.
