At Songlorious, we create professional, personalized songs for any occasion. We rely on the talents of real singers from all around the world. Our personalized songs are created through collaborative effort between their amazing voices, our in-house songwriters & producers, and some generative music technology. You choose a genre, mood, and length for the song. You pick an artist voice you like, & tell us any and everything that you want the song to be about! Our songwriters will craft lyrics that suit your story with care. Then, using the artist's voice you chose, our producers create a one-of-a-kind a song for you, using a mix of generative technology along with real voices. The producer will also manually mix and master your song. Your song will be ready to download by the date you selected! (1-4 days). We use advanced music technology, including AI-assisted tools, as part of our production process, much like modern studios use software, synthesizers, and digital instruments. These tools help us iterate efficiently and explore creative possibilities, but no song is ever delivered without human direction, approval, and hands-on refinement. The voices in our catalog are based on real human singers who have chosen to collaborate with us. Their voices are used with permission, and they are compensated for their work. Every final track is reviewed, edited, and polished by a human producer using professional audio software. In short: Songlorious does not sell one-click AI outputs. We deliver custom songs created through a collaborative process where real people lead the creativity and technology supports the execution.

Yes! You can input your own lyrics on the Create My Song page when you order, and the artist will use them in the song. • If you include more than 60 words per minute, they may not make it into the song (but we'll try our best). • It’s helpful to let the artist know if you want your lyrics used exactly as they’re written, or if you would like the artist to make modifications as they see fit. • For copyright/licensing reasons, any lyrics you submit MUST be written and owned by you, the person placing the order. Due to copyright laws, every song we make must have an original melody and original lyrics. We cannot do cover songs (including parodies). We may be able to make a song with a similar style or feel to the one you have in mind, if we have an artist who excels in that style. Use our chat feature or email gloriousanswers@songlorious.com with any special requests of this kind, before you place your order.

That depends on your budget, occasion, and how many details you want included in the song: Three-Minute Songs • Are our most popular option. • Start at $250. • Contain about 24-36 lines of lyrics. • Contain three verses (or two verses & a bridge), and a repeated chorus; roughly 180 words total. • Have plenty of space for capturing a lifetime of memories, future dreams/plans, or telling a dynamic story in the lyrics. • Give the song time to rise & fall in emotional ways--just like a story or movie. Most popular music stays around the three-minute mark for this reason. Two-Minute Songs • Start at $180. • Contain about 16-24 lines of lyrics. • Contain two verses and a repeated chorus; roughly 120 words total. • Have space for including lots of details in the lyrics. • Are great for people on a budget who still want a meaningful song.

Our standard rights/licensing agreement is for Personal Use only: listening in a private setting with friends & family, sharing on private social media channels, or listening at un-branded events like weddings. We do offer a Commercial License add-on; we have made many songs for businesses, corporate events, influencers' blogs, non-profits, etc! The Commercial License will give you complete license to use the song as you wish. Legally, this is required if: • You are purchasing the song on behalf of a brand or business. • You intend to use the song to promote a brand or business. • You intend to play or perform the song at an event for a brand or business. • You intend to play or perform the song at a public event. • You intend to publish the song on a social media account for a brand or business. *Brands and businesses include Personal Brands (i.e. influencers, YouTubers) and non-profits. *This is a non-exhaustive list; a Commercial License may be required for other occasions. Using your song in any setting that is not Personal Use, without obtaining a Commercial License, is an illegal violation of our Terms of Use, and an illegal violation of the artist's copyrights. If we notice that a song's content implies that it may require a Commercial License, we will send you an invoice, and halt progress on the song until the invoice is paid.
